You can permanently delete your Weekend Services account and its data at any time, directly inside the app.

Delete from the app (recommended)

Open the Weekend Services app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.

Or request by email

If you can't access the app, email support@weekendservices.in from your registered contact, with the subject "Delete my account" and your registered phone number. We will delete your account within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your profile (name, phone number, location, photo, skills/description)
Your posted jobs and job applications
Your notifications and contact history
Your login (authentication) record

What is kept

Anonymised, aggregate usage counts that cannot identify you may remain. Any residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.

For the safety of other users, we also keep a limited safety record — this is the exception permitted for security and fraud prevention:

Complaints other users made about you, with the name and phone number recorded when the complaint was filed, so it can still be investigated. Deleting your account does not delete other people's reports about you.
A minimal deletion record — a one-way scrambled version of your phone number, your role, the date, and how many complaints were open. No name, photo or contact details.
Your phone number, if your account was blocked for fraud or unsafe behaviour, so that deleting and re-registering does not undo the block.
