Weekend Services ("the app", "we") is a platform that connects people looking for local work, workers, and employers in India. By using the app you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. We are only an intermediary

Weekend Services only helps users find and contact each other. We are not an employer, agency, or party to any job, hiring, or service between users. Any work, payment, and arrangement is directly between the users involved.

2. We do not verify users or their credentials

We do not verify any user's identity, background, skills, qualifications, or licences — including driving licences or licences to operate vehicles or machinery (e.g. drivers, tractor drivers, JCB/machine operators). A "Featured" label means a worker has a promoted listing; it does not mean we have checked or endorsed them.

You must check credentials yourself before hiring or working with anyone — ask to see the relevant licence, experience, and identification. Deal with others at your own risk and use your own judgement, especially for driving, machinery, or safety-sensitive work.

3. Your responsibilities

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the app — especially to offer or take up work. By using the app you confirm that you are 18 or older.
Give true information in your profile and job posts.
Only offer work or services you are legally allowed and qualified to do.
Follow all applicable laws (licensing, safety, labour, etc.).
Treat other users respectfully; no fraud, harassment, or illegal activity.

4. No liability for user conduct

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weekend Services is not responsible for the actions, conduct, quality of work, safety, or any loss, injury, damage, or dispute arising between users. Any dispute is between the users concerned.

5. Content & reporting

Users are responsible for the content they post. You can report a user or a job in the app; we may remove content or accounts that breach these terms, but we are not obliged to monitor all activity.

6. Account deletion & privacy

You can delete your account any time (Profile → Delete account). See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
